here's hoping we make it through the winter

With two weeks of -45c weather and a below seasonally cold November we went through most of what we had thought was a winter's worth of wood - ack - that leaves us with 3-4 months of winter that we still have to get through...

Yesterday the wood truck showed up and dumped 3 cords of wood in our driveway (at a bargain northern price of $195 per cord).

Hunter was thrilled with the dump truck and was equally happy to climb the wood pile and pitch in with the job of stacking it all!
