Mother Nature has been playing with us again... The sun was shining all weekend and when you looked out the window, you felt guilty being inside - UNTIL you walked outside and felt that COLD wind and then found yourself wondering why you were outside...???Saturday afternoon our friends Dani, Cole & parents (used to be our neighbours) came out from town to play at the creek. It was a great excuse to get out and enjoy ourselves.
There were lots of giggles as we explored the creek in search of ice bubbles, soggy spots and sliding spots. We then headed back to our firepit for some hotdog and marshmallow roasting, along with drying of soggy outerwear.
We then closed the afternoon off with some more tobogganing on the hill in our yard - not sure who was having more fun - the kids or the dads :)
