We persevere through 5 months of winter to get to 4 weeks of "spring", which for us is really late winter. The sun is shining, the skies are blue, the light is here in the morning and well into the evening and the temperatures are warming...
Tim has been working all weekend but had a few hours off today so we got him involved in some of our fun:
* making a volcano with Coke and Mentos
* finishing off the snow fort that we started yesterday. We have 3 entrances with a connecting tunnel for hunter to crawl through
It was an amazing day and we're looking forward to another 3- 4 weeks of this great weather. Next week we're hopefully off to the mountains for some snowmobiling and snowboarding!
