Sunday was the Wildwood Festival at the Lorne Mountain Community Center (our great spot just down the road...) http://www.mountlorne.yk.net/wildwood/ww_index.html
It was a community festival focused on food and connecting people to the food that they eat (i.e. understanding where it comes from, how it gets to you and what to do with it).
There were great activities for kids and parents alike along with a wonderful slow food potluck dinner and a barn dance.
Hunter enjoyed potatoe painting, crest / banner creation (he is shown with the one he created himself), food art, treasure hunting, horseback riding, animal exploring and bike riding. It was one busy day!
