Now that we are staying in the Yukon for the next three years, we have invested some time and energy into making some upgrades around the house... First comes the clearing out of a space for Hunter's playset - the prep work seems to be the hardest as Mom was able to go and buy the playset in a day :) After lots of hard work to clear the ground by Tim we have finally got the sand delivered. We've decided to leave it as a sand mound for a few more weeks to let Hunter enjoy the creativity that can come from that! Hopefully we'll have the play structure up by fall.
Next up was building Hunter a new bed, in hopes of having him out of our bed by the time he heads back to school in September. He is absolutely thrilled with his new bed and the new look to his room and all ready to spend his days and nights there. Another great project by Tim the artisan...
Today we had some fun putting together a zip line (because everyone needs a zip line in their front yard!) and Hunter had a blast. I'm sure that Tim will come up with more tweaks to improve it over the coming months and Hunter will enjoy every minute of it!
