After 5 days of camping in the desert it was a treat to be back in a hotel with a shower, pool, hot tub and beds.
We ended our trip with 3 days in Park City - a beautiful mountain town 45 minutes outside of Salt Lake City. It was a perfect fall weekend with the changing of the leaves, weather in the low 20's (c) and lots of amazing scenery!
We found ourselves at Park City Mountain two days in a row to enjoy the mountain park rides - a mountain coaster and a mountain sled. By far Hunter's favourite thing about Park City.
Similar to the "Cow art" in Calgary, Park
City has "Moose art" throughout the city and it was fun to search them out and take photos.
They have a fabulous skateboard park just off the main strip and Hunter was
disappointed that he didn't bring his skateboard. We did manage to pick up a great used snowboard and boots set at their fall gear swap - perfect timing for some great deals.
