The White Pass & Yukon Route narrow gauge train out of Skagway is an amazing ride that everyone should experience. As part of their "giving back to the community" they run a free Santa Train every winter.This was the first year that we have headed down for it and we were really impressed!
There is a full visit with Santa, complete with Elf helpers and loot bags, for all the kids before the train ride. Santa and the elves also ride the train and spend lots of time visiting and taking photos.
It was a 2 hour train ride and a great wintery afternoon :)
